Refund policy

We want you to love your Tiny Bloom purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Refund Eligibility. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

How to request a Refund. Email us at cjfernando3@gmail.com. with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Refunds. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 -10 business days.

Damaged or wrong Items. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. - no return needed.

Non-Refundable Items. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
